Result of D1270 Vote on Disbandi

Result of the vote on District and you will see from this that the majority of Clubs are in favour of disbanding District 1270, so we will have to decide which to District we should move. To be discussed at Council and then at a full Club meeting.

The vote taken by Clubs in D1270 on whether they accept the DG proposal to disband D1270 by 30th June 2016 closed at midnight on 26th June 2015.
Thank you for your participation in this process, the result is as follows:
YES = 24 votes
NO = 20 votes
The proposal is duly carried.
Please inform Club members at your earliest opportunity.
The next steps will be discussed by the District Executive in the coming days and further communication will be issued to you.
