Evening VISIONING Meeting. NOTE. NO LUNCHTIME MEETING TODAY. Vote of Thanks, President Tony (Screen & Proj)

Thu, Oct 29th 2015 at 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

The facilitators will explain the process at the beginning and the lead will be taken by Dave Eagles who is an experienced coach and facilitator

The event will start at 7pm and tea, coffee, biscuits and sandwiches have been ordered for all and will be available from 6.15pm. For this there will be a charge of £8pp .

Arrangements with the  Rotary facilitators have been confirmed and they are pleased that we will have 35 people attending and they are looking forward to it.

Dress is casual and all you will need to bring with you is a pen.

The format for the evening (3 hours) is a well tried and tested process and at the end we will have many ideas in all the avenues of service that we can consider with the other members who are not present. It is good that we will have a blend of new and old Rotarians and everybody will have the opportunity to give their ideas. The facilitators will explain the process at the beginning and the lead will be taken by Dave Eagles who is an experienced coach and facilitator with the police as well as being a Rotarian.

Finally with car parking tight at the venue (especially in the evening) if you can car share that would be great.
