30 October 2014 Fellowship Evening

At last week's meeting, in addition to two regular visitors, Gail Edwards and Peter Williams, we also welcomed District Governor, Keith Hopkins, his wife Mary and four members of the QV School Interact Club, Robina, Charlotte, Joele and Caitlin

Keith and Mary were in the Area as the District Conference was taking place over the weekend at the Dunblane Hydro.

Following the meal, President Peter Farr handed over control to Rod Jones who had organised a 'Guess the Celebrity' event where the room was divided into two teams who had to name a well-known person from a series of clues. Everyone had to provide a list of names to be drawn out. Needless to say, there were a few puzzled looks as the differences between the generations led to some interesting names emerging.

All in all, it was great fun and the result was almost incidental.
