The President Writes .....

Dear All

Last Thursday meeting was held downstairs at Wike Ridge owing to the unavailability of the upstairs room.Whilst it was a change and bright, the background noise from the staff made it difficult to carry on any meaningful business

Nevertheless we conducted the business of the Special General Meeting which confirmed for 2014/15 Brendan Carey as President.Bill Baker as President Elect and Bill Jones as Vice President .Bill Baker continues as Secretary and Alistair Henderson as Treasurer

The accounts were held over until the Annual General Meeting as Tony Vincent has because of his persistent eye condition been unable to prepare the accounts in conjunction with Alistair

After the SGM had finished there was a discussion as to the format of the Christmas party which will involve a final meeting between Mike ,Brendan ,Martyn and Bill Baker in the next few days
