The talk is really an overview of the Selkirk Conservation Area Regeneration Scheme (Selkirk CARS) and what potential funding and projects are out there.

Whilst the project has a primary focus on repairs to traditional buildings in the town centre which some of your members may find interesteing there is also a community element to create further understanding of the towns rich heritage.

The Rotary may have a project that they wish to develop over the next couple of years along those lines which might benefit from some CARS funding.
