A report of the recent "sailors" holiday in Greece
Rotary 'Boys' Sailing Holiday in Greece
Twelve happy sailors have just all returned last week from the sixth year of
yachting fun around the Greek islands. This time we marauded the natives for
a week in the Saronic Gulf, on the East side, south of Athens. We all had our
own cabins within four yachts and we sailed each day between quaint harbours
on the islands. We stopped at lunchtimes in little bays for a swim and a picnic
lunch. In the evenings we were busy testing the Greek cuisine in the small
restaurants around the fishing harbours where we stayed each night.
Anyone interested is cordially invited to join our little team next autumn.

more There will be a joint meeting with our twin club in Bavaria starting May 6th. This year it will take place in Nuremburg with the Wasserburg club. We will be visiting the town and will have a formal meeting on Saturday evening with our wives/partners.
