Mary Hignett Bequest Fund Helps Run Courses for Oswestry Makes

The MHBF funds artist-in-residence Ticky Lowe from 8-19 Oct.2018 (1 week Oswestry Library:1 week Qube) plus a series of free/low-cost workshops leading up to the festival weekend to encourage as many people as possible to take part in Oswestry Makes 2018


Ticky Lowe is a freelance artist, project manager, consultant and collaborator. She makes interactive and multi sensory artwork and interpretation for museums galleries.

In this video about a previous project, Ticky describes how her collaboration with other artists and people with learning difficulties led to the creation of 'touchpods'.
