Guidelines for Rotary Year 2016-17
Getting Started
1) Clubs must have a consistent record of Annual Giving with an ultimate goal of £50 per capita/year to the Rotary Foundation Annual Programmes Fund.
2) Clubs must have become "Qualified" by attending the Grant Seminar and sent a signed copy of The Club Memorandum of Understanding. To the District Foundation Committee Chair
3) Clubs must have read and understood the District Grant Terms and Conditions before applying.
4) Clubs must start planning their application in May . Do not wait for the start of the new Rotary Year!
How to Apply
1) Download an Initial Proposal Form here and submit to the DRFC Grants Sub -Committee Chairman by 30 June Maximum Grant allowance from the DDF will be US$1,000
2) Submit your completed District Grant Application Form by 30 July
Finally
1) As soon as you have spent your District Grant Funds for your District Grant please submit your Final Report to the DRFC Grants Sub-Committee. Failure to do so can delay payment of subsequent District Grants.
2) Consider putting the details and Photographs of your Completed Project on "Rotary Showcase" on the RI Website for all to see.
