Created in conjunction with The Institute of Leadership, these two programmes, for young people aged 14 and above, provide the opportunity to achieve an award equivalent to either a level 1 or Level 2 qualification.
Whatever point you are starting from these programmes provide opportunities for all, regardless of your academic background.
Both programmes have been successfully run in secondary schools, including with Special Educational Needs groups, Interact clubs, Rotaract clubs and other youth groups.
Communication and Teamwork Programme (Level 1)
This exciting introductory programme gives participants the opportunity to work together on a collaborative activity to improve communication and teamwork skills. Each member of the team can build their confidence and develop new skills. This programme has been developed specifically so that it can also be delivered to students with additional needs.
Leadership and Management Programme (Level 2)
This more advanced programme gives participants the opportunity to work in a team to plan, organise and deliver an event of their choice. Each member of the team has their own management role and are responsible for a section of the project being delivered.
The programmes are for young people from age 14 to early 20s.
