Over the years, RYLA graduates have left the programme with a wealth of skills, strong connections, and a passion for making a difference. However, one challenge has always been maintaining those connections and building on the foundation that RYLA provides. The RYLA Alumni Network is designed to bridge that gap, offering past participants a platform to stay in touch, share their experiences, and continue their journey of growth and service.
The RYLA Alumni Network aims to be a hub for past participants to connect with each other and with Rotary members. It is still very much in its pilot stage and is yet to be shaped by the group but it has the potential to offer:
If you're a RYLA graduate, now is the perfect time to reconnect with the RYLA community. Whether you participated last year or a decade ago, the network is open to all past participants.
To join the network: Send us your name and RYLA programme year to RYLA Alumni and we will send you the joining info!

A Message from Chloe Rollings, co-ordinator of the RYLA alumni network
“A RYLA alumni network is something I have been looking to set up since my own programme in 2021. I believe that the skills, passion, and connections developed through RYLA can have a lasting impact, and I am excited to create a space where we can stay connected and supported as we grow as leaders.
As we, the RYLA Alumni Network begin this exciting new chapter, I just wanted to say thank you to the many volunteers, mentors, and RYLA participants who have made the programme so successful over the years. We look forward to welcoming you to the RYLA Alumni Network and to seeing the incredible things we can achieve together!”
