Heartwize Lottery

Heartwize is a charity that provides CPR training to schools and community groups across the East Midlands. It has has been long supported by Rotary in the East Midlands.  It’s a charity that was awarded the King’s Award for Voluntary Service this year - the highest award given to volunteer groups across the UK. It’s aims and objects are aimed at any of us who, given a little training, can save a life. Can you think of a better  way to support your family and your community?

Heartwize and Rotary have trained many community groups, not exclusively Rotary clubs throughout the East Midlands; to dte over 2,600 adults have attended our hands-on sessiions.  Several Rotarians have become Heartwize volunteer trainers. Rotary also assists with fundraising for Heartwize.  

Bradgate Rotary Club has supported the establishment of the Heartwize lottery, the purpose of which is to provide this relatively small charity, which punches far above its weight, with an income stream to continue and expand its work.

This is where you come in. To raise £50000 a year around 2000 tickets need to be sold every week – each entry costs just £1. 

HOW IT WORKS

For every £1 you play each week, you'll receive a unique 6-digit lottery number. Every Friday, a winning number is drawn at random using a Gambling Commission approved Random Number Generator.  To win, the digits in your own number must match the drawn number, and be in the same position.
