Will Dowling

I am one of the Chief Instructors at Grafham Water Centre, who host RYLA for Districts 1070 and 1080. For the past four years, I have organised RYLA. Previously, I've been involved as a tutor and an instructor, so I know the programme inside and out.

Before this, I worked in the outdoor industry since 2016, starting in the Isle of Wight before moving around the world to places such as North Wales, Greece and Dubai, eventually settling in Cambridgeshire.

I've been very fortunate to find this industry as I love connecting with people and the creativity that running sessions gives me.

RYLA is a big beast for us every year, it’s unlike any of our other products. We have a lot of fun running it and seeing the benefits that we see year on year, no matter who comes is a real testament to the course.
