After completing RYLA over 20 years ago sparking a passion for learning, I began a career in learning and leadership development, leading teams across both the finance and social care sectors and becoming a Coach.
RYLA sparked the passion that shaped my professional path, and for the past decade I’ve returned as a Tutor and more recently as Course Director, supporting and developing the next generation of leaders.
