Lincoln Noel is an accomplished pianist, musical director and educator with a career spanning more than four decades. A Northampton native, he began playing the piano at the age of three and, after earning a Northamptonshire Music School Scholarship, studied with renowned concert pianist David Owen Norris before continuing his training at the Royal Academy of Music in London.
Lincoln has enjoyed a distinguished career in theatre, working in repertory, on national tours and in London's West End as Musical Director for productions including Ain't Misbehavin', The Wizard of Oz, The Adventures of Mr Toad and Robeson – Song of Freedom. He has performed before members of the Royal Family and has appeared on television and radio throughout his career.
Alongside his theatre work, Lincoln is a highly respected concert pianist, accompanist and event musician, performing across the UK at concerts, corporate events and weddings. He has also dedicated many years to bringing live music to hospitals, hospices and care homes through the Council for Music in Hospitals.
A passionate teacher and church musician, Lincoln has served as Organist and Director of Music at Victoria Road Congregational Church in Northampton since 1983. An engaging speaker and performer, he combines musical excellence with warmth, humour and a lifelong commitment to sharing the power of music.
