Looking After Your Mental Health Webinar by Dr. Tony Bates

Mon, Apr 12th 2021 at 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

The Rotary Club of Dublin Fingal - as a service to the community presents this free webinar.

Thank you for registering for the "Looking After Your Mental Health" webinar with Dr. Tony Bates on April 12th 2020.

The feedback coming in from attendees is fantastic!

Dr. Tony gave some very good advice on how to deal with Mental Health issues, especially during the current times we are living in. Some of the subjects would be very useful for us all to adhere to i.e.:

“Young People don’t want to be helped! They want to be Heard!!!”

“How do we get back to socialising again?”

"We must respect the individuals needs and concerns!" and much, much more.

The Rotary Club of Dublin Fingal would like to offer sincere thanks to Dr. Tony for giving his time and expertise, as a service to the community. "Service Above Self" is one of the best know Rotary mottos, and this is a fantastic example of service to the community in action.
