Take to the Water

Lynda has extended her love of the outdoors to engaging with nature in lochs, rivers, waterfalls and seas around Scotland. We look forward to hearing her story of the groups, tours and beautiful locations where she has found that being in water, rather than just looking at it, has been good for her wellbeing and encouraged many others around Scotland to venture out together.
