Iyan and Ivan have already gained over a kilo in weight each and they are doing wonderfully well in their Aunt's loving care. She brings the boys every Tuesday to collect milk and she always has a smile on her face and is actively engaged in our training workshops.
We did a home visit recently and she keeps a very tidy and organised home (with 4 other young children all under 8 on top of the twins) and we gave them mosquito nets and tents from your donation to keep the children all safe at night from malaria.
Thank you so much for supporting the triplets - Lucy, Joyce and Esther. When they first enrolled on our programme they were tiny and premature and weighed only 1.2-1.4 kilos each. They have all gained weight well thanks to your support and are all almost 3 kilos now.
Mum, Regina, is a super woman! She is such a great Mum and handles the babies so well - managing to pick up, carry, feed and soothe them all simultaneoussly!
She also has two other children at home who are both doing well at school - 5 year old Precious and 12 year old Rahina. These baby girls are just adorable and their Mum is so thankful for your generous support.
Thank you so much for supporting Mugwe and her Grandmother. Already we have seen a huge difference in Mugwe - she is gaining weight well and looks so much healthier. We have supported her Grandmother with milk every week, as well as a mosquito net, solar lamp (to help her to prepare bottles at night time) as well as a mattress as she was sleeping on the floor. Mugwe's Grandmother brings her to Forever Angels every week and she is starting to make friends with other Grandmothers on the Maisha Matters programme which will be a great support network for her.
Thank you so much for supporting Mugwe and her Grandmother,
