The Rotary Club of Staines "The Organiser" is the sole owner of the information collected as part of the registration process.

Registrations Processing

We request information from the applicants to process registrations. An applicant must provide accurate information such as name and contact details. This information will not be disclosed to any third party unless required by law. If we have difficulty in processing a booking, the information will also be used to contact the user.

Profile

We store the information that we collect from applicants in a database unless they have chosen to opt-out. The database is used to manage the organisation of the event and to promote other similar events organised by us. We do not share the database with third parties.

We do not use cookies. This privacy statement covers the use of cookies by this website only and does not cover the use of cookies by any linked sites or advertisers.
