The Staines-upon-Thames Santa Fun Run is a traditionally great event for friends and family to dress up and paint the town red with hundreds of Santa’s running walking and wheeling around town.
The event is organised by Staines Rotary, supported by the Elmsleigh Centre, The Two Rivers Shopping Centre and Visit Staines.
This year’s 3.5km walk or run will finish just as the Christmas Parade starts when all participants are invited to join the parade.
Entrants will be provided with a Santa suit and hat, a participant number, and a beard for adults. The costumes can be customized to suit individual styles. Dogs on leads are also welcome. All finishers will receive a Medal.
The start will be at 10 am, covering 3.5 km around the town centre, starting in the High Street. The route will be relatively flat and suitable for everyone, including those with pushchairs, buggies, and wheelchairs. Entrants should arrive in the High Street by 9.30 am for the warm-up before the event starts at 10 am.
You can register and pay using a debit or credit card of your choice. Once you've completed this, you will be sent an email confirmation of your entry to the event, including when and where to pick up your Santa suit(s).

The run is a fun event, whilst at the same time raising money for those less fortunate than ourselves. So, please help us by firstly participating and secondly getting all your friends and family to sponsor you for your own designated charity. Better still would be for them to participate as well and raise their own sponsorship money. Click

Money raised from the fun run will be split between local charities.
