NW London Rotary Clubs - 5K Sponsored Walk

Take a Walk in the Park and Make a Difference!

Canons Park, Harrow, HA8 6RH
next to Canons Park Underground Station on the Jubilee Line

10 May 2026, 10am to 2pm

Who we are

The Rotary Clubs of Northwick Park, Edgware & Stanmore, Harrow, Golders Green, Hendon and Pinner are all in North West London. We have joined together to Unite for Good and organise a sponsored walk.

Who we are walking for

We are walking to raise funds for the following local and international charities:

  • Dementia Club UK - provides people in the L B Barnet with another lifeline, giving care and support, professional advice, fun activities daily and above all, hope.
  • Harrow Food Bank - provides emergency food and practical support to people in their hardest moments, working with partners and local communities to ensure everyone gets the right help long before they need a food bank.
  • St Luke's Hospice - provides specialist end of life and palliative care for people in Brent and Harrow to have the best possible quality of life despite living with serious illnesses, which are no longer curable.
  • End Polio - Unless we eradicate polio, within 10 years, as many as 200,000 new cases could occur around the world each year. In the past few years, only two countries have reported cases of polio caused by the wild virus, but no child anywhere is safe until we’ve vaccinated every child.
  • ShelterBox - works with disaster-affected communities to provide the emergency shelter, essential items and training needed to support families in the long process of rebuilding their lives.

This campaign has been organised jointly by the above named NW London Rotary Clubs and donations are being collected via the Just Giving page of the Rotary Club of Golders Green Trust Fund (Reg'd Charity No: 1017660).

All funds raised in this campaign will be divided equally (without deduction by Rotary) between the five charities detailed above.
