The Rotary Club of Golders Green was chartered in August 1967, and has since developed into one of London's most thriving Rotary clubs.
Our members are very active in business and in the community, bringing a wide range of talent to the world of Rotary through voluntary service.
We meet every Monday evening at 6:30pm for 7:00pm at Avenue House, 17 East End Road, Finchley N3 3QE, tel: 020 8346 7812, for a two course meal, finishing around 8:30pm. To see where we are on the map, click HERE
Meetings are varied and interesting with an emphasis on fun and friendship: at some we have a visiting Guest Speaker and the range of topics covered is very wide indeed. Other meetings involve one of our own members giving a talk to the club on a topic of interest, and some meetings cover Rotary business such as reviewing/planning events.
Rotary is a worldwide non-political and non-denominational organisation, the motto is 'Service Above Self'. As a 'service' giving club we are involved collectively and as individuals in Rotary projects to serve the local, national and international community. We also support a host of other local and international charities.
We currently have 32 members, both men and women, and are actively looking to recruit new members, who are interested in giving something back to the community.
Whilst membership of Rotary is by invitation, we would be delighted to welcome you to one of our meetings so that you can get to know us a little better, and find out more about who we are and what we do.
If you are interested in coming along to one of our meetings or events, please 'click' on the Contact Us tab and complete the form as indicated (select Subject General Enquiries), and we will contact you by return.
Thank you, and we look forward to welcoming you most warmly to our club.
For up-to-date information on our activities please visit our Facebook page by clicking anywhere in the Facebook panel - the one with the Rotary Wheel - that appears on the right hand side of our Home Page.
