Message in a Bottle – 23 May 2026
Sidcup Rotary’s Message in a Bottle initiative is helping to save lives and bring peace of mind to hundreds of local families.
That was certainly the feeling at Morrisons Sidcup on Saturday 23rd May, as residents stopped by in large numbers to collect a free "Message in a Bottle" and learn how it could help emergency services quickly access vital medical information in an emergency.
Sidcup Rotary Club was delighted by the level of interest and the opportunity to speak with so many local residents about our wider work supporting the community through volunteering, fundraising, and local projects.
A big thank you to everyone who came along and supported the event. It was wonderful to see such strong community spirit throughout the day.
We plan to repeat this initiative at future events, so do keep an eye out for upcoming dates.
