The Tower Lifeboat Station near Victoria Embankment is the busiest RNLI station in the UK.
The crew are on station 24/7, 365 days a year.

Accessibility:

  • Access to the pier is Step-free.
  • Ramp gradient varies — at low tide the ramp can be steep, which may be challenging for manual wheelchairs or those with limited mobility.
  • Inside the station (on the pier) is generally accessible: flat surfaces, wide walkways.
  • No public toilets on the pier — nearest accessible toilets are on Victoria Embankment Gardens (short walk).
