- Ramp gradient varies — at low tide the ramp can be steep, which may be challenging for manual wheelchairs or those with limited mobility.
- Inside the station (on the pier) is generally accessible: flat surfaces, wide walkways.
- No public toilets on the pier — nearest accessible toilets are on Victoria Embankment Gardens (short walk).
