We had a great day with Players v Supporters games as well as hosting a tournament the day before. By the time we conclude next weekend around 300 people would have played at our new home. The spreader machinery that Sandown Rotary kindly donated will come into its own at the end of the Summer when drainage work will begin by spreading sand across the pitch and then also be used in a seeding and fertilising operation. This will make an enormous difference to us in that we can train longer and more frequently at times that best suits the coaches and players. It will also provide a venue for the expansion plans for our Girls and Nursery Microstrikers sections.
