Visit to The Jane Austen Museum at Chawton, Hampshire.

"Eight of us enjoyed a trip to Jane Austen's House Museum in ChawtonWe spent an enjoyable hour or so admiring the rooms in the house owned byJane's brother Edward,  where she wrote most of her novels, and where shelived with her sister Cassandra, her mother and a family friend.  We thenretired to Cassandra's Tearooms in Chawton village where we appreciated a very welcome and tasty lunch."
