Christmas Pud 5k

A 5km charity fun run held at Stokes Bay on Sunday, December 1st from the Bayside Cabin to Fort Gilkicker and back, organised with the Absolute 545 RunClub.

WELCOME to the Christmas Pud 5k, a festive family fun run along Stokes Bay on Sunday, December 3 to raise money for the Harbour Cancer Trust in Gosport.

This is not a race, but a fun-filled event - preferably in fancy dress - with a 5km run, jog or walk along the prom at Stokes Bay. We start and finish from the Bayside Cafe for a scenic, traffic-free loop around Stokes Bay with the picturesque backdrop of the Solent.

It will be the perfect start to the festive season, a fun, family event where every finisher will receive a Christmas pudding. There will also be festive refreshments on sale at the Bayside Cafe afterwards.

At the same time, you will be helping to raise money for the Harbour Cancer Trust, which is an independent charity offering practical and emotional support to anyone affected by cancer. It is the chosen charity of Gosport Rotary Club and the Absolute 545 RunClub who are organising the event.

To take part, all you have to do is to register here: https://bit.ly/xmaspud5k  - and we look forward to seeing you on December 3. There is plenty of parking along the seafront, so why not make it a family day out?!
