Gosport Vehicle Rally

GOSPORT Rotary Club's Vehicle Rally and Family Day is now in its 70th year.

Every August Bank Holiday weekend, the Rotary club takes over the playing fields at Stokes Bay to host a display of scores of vintage vehicles from across the region. Such is the event's reputation, that the owners of a range of impressive vehicles head to the south coast each summer especially to take part in the show.

But you don't have to be a petrol-head to enjoy the event. This is a family day by the Solent - and the sun normally shines brightly! Besides the array of gleaming car, bikes and trucks, there will be a feast of entertainment including a samba band, a petting farm, Juggling Jake's circus skills, a range of different stalls, plus refreshments.

All children go free, and an admission fee apply for each adult. All proceeds from the day go to the Mayor of Gosport's charities and Gosport Rotary Club's Benevolent Fund.
