Nigel Harris is Guernseys Cardiac Rehabilitation Specialist.

Nigel will be giving a talk about:

Getting back to fitness after having a cardiac incident.
How to stay fit afterwards.
What can cause a heart problem etc.

This should be very interesting to all members, especially after my recent Heart Arrest.
