Brian Acton presenting the Guernsey banner to President Dame Anna
Greetings from a warm and sunny Christchurch.
Thought I would share this bulletin with you (click HERE) from which you can see that I made a visit to Christchurch Club which is where my Rotary journey started. Great to see so many familiar faces and I was able to exchange our pennants and have the opportunity of talking to the members about our Club.
They have recently shared their Centenary so a lot of interest. A very warm welcome was extended to me.
We have also met with Paul and Sue Mees in Brown’s Bay, Auckland who send their best wishes. Since we met Paul has undergone surgery and had stents fitted but all seems to have gone well. Hopefully he will soon be fully recovered.
Hope all is well with you all. We are continuing our tour of South Island and great to be back in NZ. See you end March.
All the best,
Brian
