Rotary Supporting Ukraine
Over £50,000 raised to date to support Ukraine with medical supplies and housing.
The Rotary Club of Guernsey has been supporting the appeals for Ukraine and to date over £50,000 has been distributed predominantly to support the International Rotary Fellowship of Healthcare Professionals who are providing much needed medical aid and support.
In addition, after a generous donation, funds have been transferred to provide one unit of accommodation within the Moschun Village Recovery Project.
More widely Rotarians and donors have rallied to raise over $15 million via The Rotary Foundation’s global appeal. A further £6 million+ has been raised by Rotary Clubs in Great Britain & Ireland made up of cash and goods donated.
Thanks to the generosity of the donors funds have been provided for the benefit of so many in need.
