Lunch Meeting

The Care Cupboard is open to all students at Les Varendes High School and stocks shower gel, soap, flannels, shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, face moisturiser, body moisturiser, face wash, toothpaste, tooth brushes, tooth picks, nail brushes, nail files, nail clippers, hair bands, hair brushes, combs, styling products, lip balm, socks, underwear, back packs, note books, pens, highlighters, pencil sharpeners, rubbers, colouring pencils, water bottles and sanitary products.

They also have a selection of cereal/breakfast bars for those students who haven’t had breakfast or don’t have much for lunch.

Everything has been donated and people have been very generous.

As well as the items listed above the School would very much welcome donations of white t-shirts (regular or thermal) short or long sleeve to wear under their school shirts, plus hats, gloves, scarves, black tights, thermal socks, hand warmers etc. to help keep them warm whilst in school as well as travelling to and from school.

Finally, it appears that St Sampson High is also taking on the initiative for their students.
