Planting of Inner Wheel Cherry Tree (Saturday 22 October 2022)

The Tree was presented by the President and Members of Inner Wheel to mark the Centenary.

To commemorate and mark the centenary of our first Club meeting we were delighted to receive the generous gift of a cherry tree from the President and Members of Inner Wheel.

The tree was planted by Jeff Kitts who is our longest serving member.

Hopefully the tree will thrive and flourish for many years to come as it enhances the Japanese heritage of the Fishing Pavilion in Saumarez Park.
