Inner Wheel International Fundraising Film Night (8 March 2022)
£550 raised for the Eleanor Foundation

Heather Dearman, our Club International Service Officer, organised an International Fundraising Film Night at The Mallard Cinema on the 8th March.
Club members, partners and friends attended a private screening of West Side Story 2021, which was preceded by canapes and fizz. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the evening and £550 for The Eleanor Foundation.
This charity was formed following the tragic death of Eleanor Carey whilst cycling in London. Ellie believed strongly in the importance of sustainable development and had a particular interest in water, sanitation and hygiene issues. The Foundation works in North West Tanzania to facilitate the installation of improved water sources in rural communities.
