Ho Ho Ho: Rotary Christmas Supper and Party (Saturday 4 December)

Sat, Dec 4th 2021 at 7:30 pm - 11:00 pm

N.B. Menu choices etc. by Thursday 18th November

Your President John Moses invites you and guests to join him at the Rotary Club of Guernsey Christmas Meal.

This year we are trying something a little different with a new venue and a restaurant which will be set up with a Nordic theme (I think a Swiss Chalet type look), which should get everyone in the Christmas mood?

Venue - St Pierre Park - Victor Hugo Restaurant

Date - Saturday 4th December 2021

Time - 7.30 for 8.00

Carriages - 11:00

Dress code - Smart Casual

Cost per person £37.50

Table sizes for groups of 8 and 10

Please click HERE for the Menu which includes a welcome drink.

Please click HERE for the Wine List.

Please can I ask that your choices are with me by Thursday 18th November. Covid is still affecting everything in our lives and Christmas meals I'm afraid are no different. Establishments are asking for confirmed orders earlier than usual to ensure they can get the ingredients they need in good time.  Menus are also being simplified, for the same reason.

PLEASE REPLY DIRECTLY TO ME.

If you wish to guarantee sitting by certain people, please set up a table and let me know who is on it. If not, simply sign up and I will seat you on an appropriate table.

I have also attached the wine list for your information and ask that when you arrive on the night, you order and pay for your wine at the bar, where a member of staff will be in attendance.

PAYMENT - We have moved on I am afraid so payment is now by direct bank transfer. Please contact me if you are unaware of our Bank account details. Please let me know when you have paid, to give me a chance of checking you off my list

Well I think that covers all the bits you need to know, but please get back to me with any questions. In the meantime, my usual plea, please book early, not only to avoid disappointment, but also so I can sleep at night!
