Following an excellent presentation to the club on Wednesday 2nd Oct by Sarah Robinson and Richard Evans of the Guernsey Waste team we followed this up the next evening with a visit and tour of the new waste facilities at Bulwer Avenue.
A huge thank you to Sarah, Richard, Dave and Pete for giving up their own time to give us the tour which really showed off what an amazing facility we now have on the island.
All attending thoroughly enjoyed the evening and were impressed by the enthusiasm of the team and their to total knowledge of the subject, which they were more than happy to share.
The evening finished with an excellent meal at La Piette Hotel.
