"I am honoured to be able to present Nigel Dorey with the Paul Harris Fellowship Award. I could not think of a better time, surrounded by many club members and their partners and guests, to be able to present this award on your behalf to such a worth recipient. As you know Nigel, ably supported by Jocelyn, has worked tirelessly for Rotary for many years and his service above self is undoubted. I am sure you will be happy to join me in congratulating Nigel on this well-deserved recognition".
