Rotary Guernesiais Shoebox Appeal 2026

Once again, Rotary Guernesiais is inviting islanders to help bring a little Christmas joy to disadvantaged children in Eastern Europe through its annual Shoebox Appeal.

Just imagine the smile on a child's face when they open their shoebox.

Saturday 17 – Saturday 24 October 2026

Once again, Rotary Guernesiais is inviting islanders to help bring a little Christmas joy to disadvantaged children in Eastern Europe through its annual Shoebox Appeal.

Each year, thousands of shoeboxes filled with gifts and essential items are generously donated by people, schools, organisations and businesses across Guernsey.

The appeal has been supported in Guernsey for more than 20 years, with the boxes bringing both much-needed practical items and the excitement of receiving a Christmas gift to children who may otherwise receive very little.

A simple shoebox can make a very big difference to a child this Christmas.
