Lunch Meeting - with Caroline Ogier

Wed, Dec 2nd 2026 at 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm

Join us for today's lunch meeting and hear from Caroline Ogier, Chief Executive of Guernsey Chest and Heart LBG.

Caroline has spent much of her career in cardiac nursing, education and health leadership, giving her a wealth of experience in both treating ill health and, importantly, helping people prevent it.

As CEO of Guernsey Chest & Heart, Caroline is passionate about making heart health practical, understandable and relevant to everyone. Her message is a reassuring one: looking after your heart does not necessarily mean dramatic changes or a complete lifestyle overhaul. Often, it is the small, achievable changes we make every day that can have the greatest impact.

This promises to be an interesting and useful talk, with plenty of practical advice that we can all take away and apply to our own lives. We hope as many members as possible will join us to hear Caroline speak.
