Secretary Paddy has sent this message via the members only area of the club website:
Just a few notes ref tomorrow,THURSDAYnight! If any of your guests(if you have any) are unable to attend, please ring me urgently as we have a reserve list of Rotarians withhout tickets! We are sat around tables of 8, Nibbles on tables only, so have your tea before you arrive!!
Door & Bar open at 7pm, show commences at 7.30pm. Purchase good stockes of wine(bottles?) & beers etc before the start as the first half is long at nearly 1 Hour, & no sales during performance. Also use the loo before start?
Second half is short & show finishes at !0pm approx. Thank you for your support. Rotary Bucket collectiuon at end of each show for Glos'hire Young Carers (see show programme)
