The last Rotary Nailsea & Backwell Charity Golf Day was held on Thursday 11th July 2024 and was a great success. We had a successful day with 17 teams of 4 playing at Mendip Spring Golf Club. Rotary Nailsea and Backwell ran Charity Golf Breaks for 13 years to 2011 raising in excess of £40,000 for various charities with 'Hope and Homes for Children' being the main recipient.
From 2012, these Golf Breaks were replaced by a Charity Golf Day held at Mendip Spring Golf Club each year since (except 2020 and 2021). The event has been well supported with up to 30 teams of 4 taking part annually and over £50,000 has been raised in support of various charities including
