Hereford City Rotary Club Members were recently invited to take a tour of Hereford Sixth Form College by Vice principal Phil Tranter our new Community member. Members were treated to a tour of the College campus guided by Enrichment Coordinator Marco Martinelli.
We also took the opportunity to present Rotary certificates to the students who participated recently in the District Final of the Rotary Youth Speaks competition, and to our nominee for the Rotary Young Sporting Hero Award, and the Rotary Young Environmentalist Award.
This wonderful college has recently been graded ‘outstanding’ following an Ofsted inspection. The group were blown away by the quality of the buildings, facilities and the student support structures in place.
What also also noted and admired by the group was the diversity and sheer range of opportunities available to students in their curriculum and enrichment choices.
We're very proud to have a strong and lasting connection to this amazing seat of learning.
Take a look at the great work of Hereford Sixth Form College here.
