The BIG Hereford Duck Race is one of Hereford City Rotary Club's main fundraising activities and takes an inordinate amount of work to ensure its success.
From the early days of planning and preparation to the actual race itself, dedicated members of the club along with friends and family work amazingly hard behind the scenes.
From logistics to selling tickets it's a flurry of activity as our fabulous club members all come together to play their part and contribute to the event.
So it was only right and proper that after all that effort the club took a breather to come together and celebrate an incredible fundraising achievement. Meeting at one of our favourite Chinese restaurants, we recalled some of the highlights and memorable moments of the day of which there were many!
We toasted too, the superb support that we received from members of the public and local businesses. We are always thankful for their help in making our event such a success.
We now look forward to supporting lots of wonderful local charities and good causes in their endeavours.
