Blood Donor reaches 100 donations

Rotarian Linda Cherry achieved a personal goal last week. She attended a ceremony at Aston Park, the conference centre of Aston Villa Football Club, to receive a certificate and medal in recognition of 100 blood donations.


There were over 400 guests of whom 258 were receiving the blood doning recognition and 30 recognition of 250 platelet donations. The Donors were from a wide area, including Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Herefordshire, West Midlands, Worcestershire. Linda said it was a very special day.
