Guest Speaker, Group Captain David Roome, on our Guest Dinner Wednesday 8th January 2020 gave a riveting and humorous presentation.
Group Captain David Roome, retired RAF fighter pilot. His talk was titled “Dancing the Skies - a life and love of flying in the RAF”. Everything from flying supersonic Lightnings to managing the training of new pilots. His career was so varied and interesting he has written a book about it.
