Santa Fun Run 6th Dec 2026

THE THATCHAM SANTA FUN RUN - SUNDAY 6th Dec 2025 -

Whats it all about? Click ALBUM  to view last years photos.

This is a family event and the primary objective is for the community to have fun as well as raising money for a number of worthy causes. This years Santa Run main beneficiary will be Home-Start West Berks

Runners are also invited to raise money for their own good causes using this event.

We are grateful to Kennet Radio for once again providing the pre run entertainment they are always great fun people.

Also a big thank you to our sponsor  their support has helped keep the entry fees the same as last year. (In fact the same price since COVID) .

It is a fun run, and not a race, open to all ages and abilities. The full course is a 5km (approx.) route around Thatcham streets and Thatcham Lakes starting and finishing in Thatcham Broadway.  There is a shorter route for our younger runners and those who may wish to avoid the lakes.

For completing the course, runners are presented with a medal by the Mayor of Thatcham and assistants, a big thank you to them. Picture from last year when it was a little wet!!
