St Albans New President

Robert Newton Assumed the role of President 2025-2026

New President Assume the Presidency of the Rotary St Albans Verulamium Club
Robert Newton's presidency marks a significant milestone in the ongoing leadership journey of our club. It’s particularly meaningful as it comes exactly 20 years after Bob Newton served as President during the 2004–2005 Rotary year. Since completing his presidential term, Bob has remained a steadfast and dedicated member of the club, contributing in numerous capacities over the past two decades.
His service has included roles such as Chair of Community Service, member of the Fundraising Committee, International Service Chair, Club Archivist, Assistant Treasurer, and various other positions where his experience and commitment have made a lasting impact. Now, as President, Bob will continue to lead and grow the club.
His return to the presidency is not only a testament to his enduring passion for Rotary and community service, but also a moment for the club to reflect on the value of continuity, experience, and long-standing fellowship. We look forward to a year shaped by Bert’s wisdom, energy, and dedication to Rotary’s ideals.
