Rotarians help the local community in all sorts of ways including:

• "Kids Out" - a speacial day out for children who might not otherwise enjoy such occasions
• "Technology Tournament" - which challenges young people to solve practical problems
• "Youth Speaks" - a national public speaking competition

They also get involved in Fundraising Events.

Major events organised jointly with the other Rotary Clubs in St. Albans, are:

• The St. Albans Rotary Charity Cycle Ride
• The Marine Band Concert

These events raise substantial sums for a wide range of local and international causes.

On it's own, our Club holds all sorts of other events such as quiz nights, garden parties and golf days.
