Rotary Club of Stirling President Peter Mehta and Secretary Sandy Farquharson with Ella Kennedy MBE Chair of Rocktalk and other volunteers at the presentation of some financial support during a break in recording. The Rocktalk talking newspaper enables the visually impaired to hear information from the Stirling Observer and other material of interest on a regular basis.
