Being Interested on purpose
During this current lock down, there have been a number of challenges to be met, especially home-schooling and video conference calls! To try and assist these problems and a few others, the Rotary Club of Newport Pagnell has asked the author to donate an extract of his book 'Being interested - on purpose'.
The booklet covers areas of positive attitude and active listening, that are the cornerstone of building better relationships. With his promotion of straight talking and intolerance of blind alleys, the book also illustrates how to create a 'quiet authority' in meetings, many business people wishing they had read it earlier in their careers. An easy and entertaining read is the consistent feedback.
