Primary School Quiz 2026
The Annual District 1010 Primary School Quiz took place in early March.
The 2026 Rotary District 1010 Primary School Quiz.
This year's quiz was held at MacDonald Resort Aviemore. Organised by Rotarian Stephen Woods the annual event was another great evening of fun and serious competition as teams from up and down Spey Valley took part.
The Primary School taking part were:
Newtonmore, Kingussie, Alvie, Aviemore, Carrbridge, Deshar, Abernethy, and Grantown.
Well done to all the teams.
The winning team was Newtonmore Primary who will go on to compete in the Area Final in Forres.
Congratulations to Newtonmore.
'What We Do' Main Pages:
The Rotary Club of Spey Valley has successfully held two Charity Classic, Sports and EV Car Tours. The first was in 2024 when 40 cars took part. Last year 50 cars took part. Our next car tour will be held on Sunday May 10th 2026.

Spey Valley Rotary Club has over the last few years held Adventure Talks. The most recent was a very moving film and talk about the education of Himalayan Children.

Spey Valley Rotary Club was delighted to host the Royal Marine Band both in 2024 and 2025. Two successful charity concerts were held at the Macdonald's Resort Aviemore.
